Fire sprinkler check

Hi, I live in San Carlos and have a residential fire sprinkler system. I'm not sure if it's a wet or dry system - I tried to tell from the pipes but they look/feel empty. I can shut off the water supply to the house but the fire sprinkler will still flow and turn on the alarm so I think it's a separate water supply line from the street. The contractor who installed it was called JFK fire protection but I'm not sure they're in business anymore and their numbers don't work. Is there anyone who can come by to take a look?
