History of BHCIA

The Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association (BHCIA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1977, dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and property values in the Belmont Heights and Belcrest Gardens neighborhoods. Nestled in the beautiful Belmont hills overlooking San Francisco Bay, our community spans 756 residences at the peak of Ralston Avenue, accessible from Hallmark, Lassen, and Tahoe Drives.

BHCIA is committed to making Belmont Heights and Belcrest Gardens vibrant and welcoming places to live. We focus on civic improvements that benefit all residents and host an annual social event that brings the community together. Our bi-monthly meetings, featuring guest speakers, provide a forum for discussing important issues and staying connected with one another. In addition, we actively represent our neighborhoods' interests to the City of Belmont, ensuring that our voices are heard and our community's needs are met.
