Told it was an illegal dump then told that since we knew how the logs got there it was the homeowners responsibility to remover them. Several emails with Public Works went nowhere. Yesterday they told us that Parks told the homeowner to leave the stumps in the lot by Daniel. Maybe Tom could meet us at the lot since we are neighbors and we can discuss what can be done to remove these stumps. They look awful and serve no purpose at all. Plus it has increased activity to this lost with people littering more than usual. |

I do want to confirm through if this community imposes any CCNR “Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions” with listed restrictions are limitations and rules placed on the homes that need to be adhered to by builders, developers, and/ or homeowners that are part of this community. If so, can you please send me a list of the CCNR's?
