Jacob | Jacob | Bryant | jake@lanierlaw-pr.com | Hi there,
This is Jacob Bryant and I came across the helpful information you shared on the Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association website and was wondering if you were open to adding new resources to your Wildfire Preparedness page.
When a natural disaster damages a home, it can disrupt asbestos that is present and harm whoever is near it. This is why we made a guide about how different natural disasters can affect your home's asbestos presence and the steps you should take if you suspect asbestos in your home. Check it out:
Asbestos Exposure Guide - lanierlawfirm.com/mesothelioma/asbestos-exposure/homeowners/
A ton of work was put into it. If you think this guide could be helpful for your readers, would you consider sharing a link to this somewhere on your page? I'm sure you get a lot of requests like this, but I think it may be worth a look.
If you do not want to receive anymore emails from me, please reply letting me know you're not interested.
Thank you so much for your time. Have a great day,
Jake

Joyce | Joyce | Hand | joycehand7777@gmail.com | 3364555824 | Good morning,
I am looking for my multi-racial family, whose name is Weeks. I am not sure of the spelling of Weeks because there are many. I am told my Grandmother, Cora Weeks, was Native American and had two daughters and four sons, but later on, married a man whose last name was Alexander. I hope some still live in the Belmont, North Carolina Area. My Dad went to school at Reed High School, which I am told was demolished. Do any of those old records exist today somewhere? My Dad's Mom, Mary Weeks, was born and raised in the county of Belmont; after having two children by a white man, she married Agustus Hand from Belmont. My Dad was named Horace Weeks, and after my Grandma Mary Weeks married Hand, the boys took on his name of Hand. I have no idea what my grandmother's brother's names were. Are there any Weeks in your organization I can speak to? I am Joyce Marie Hand. I live in Greensboro, NC, and my phone number is 336-455-5824. My Dad was born in 1925, I believe. He crossed over in 2014. My Aunt Willie Bell Weeks had children and lived in Belmont. She was married, but I don't remember her married name. She, too, has crossed over.
Can you help? Thank you for any information.
Sincerely,
Joyce |
Manny | Manny | Seymour | Manny.Seymour@allisdwell.com | Article pitch -- will you please take a look? | Hello,
I was wondering if I could write an article for your website about an unusual way to pay for college -- by flipping houses!
A couple of my friends have done it, and I thought it was such an interesting option that it might be worth exploring in case others want to pursue it.
If you think your readers would be interested in learning more about how to pay for college by flipping houses, I would be happy to write an article on the topic for your website.
Let me know if you're interested in publishing this piece as a guest post.
Sincerely,
Manny Seymour

P.S. If, by any chance, you’d prefer an article on a different topic, please send over your suggestions. However, if you'd prefer not to receive emails from me, please let me know! |
Brian | Brian | Rogers | briancliffordrogers@gmail.com | 6502459708 | Hi I live on Comstock Circle between St. James and Waltham Cross. There's a strip of land behind our houses on this block that appears to be an easement but the city says it belongs to the residents of Wemberly Drive. They state that the space in question is their responsibility to maintain. Unfortunately, the strip of land is wildly overgrown with bushes, trees and dead leaves. It presents a fire hazard since it connects with the open space at the top of the block. In addition, with the increased rains the last few years, we're seeing more mice, rats and rattlesnakes in our yard. In the last couple months i've had to remove two rattlesnakes and a very nasty gopher snake from my garage. I've lived in Belmont my whole life that thats more snakes than i've seen in my whole lifetime. This unmaintaned land represents a fire risk and now a pest hazard. Our yards are very well kept to keep down the fire and pest risk but we can only do so much when it's bordered by unmaintained land. Is there any way to address this? I'd hate to get the city involved since that makes everything a lot harder. Thanks! |
