The Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association is designed especially for the residents of Belmont Heights, our neighborhood in Belmont, California. The annual membership fee is $20. You can pay online via PayPal/Credit Card, or mail a check to: BHCIA, 1025 Alameda de las Pulgas #516, Belmont, CA 94002. It's a small annual fee to help to cover costs of logistics, communication, special events, neighborhood beautification projects, etc. We welcome any additional donations.

Our Belmont Heights neighborhood is located in the lovely Belmont hills overlooking San Francisco Bay, at the peak of Ralston Avenue -- accessed from Hallmark, Lassen and Tahoe Drives. The Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association (BHCIA) offers you and your family the opportunity to engage with other members from your neighborhood while taking part in community development, social activities, and special events. Our organization supports 756 residences in the Belmont Heights area. We are a voluntary association. We encourage active participation and welcome suggestions or announcements from any Belmont Heights resident.
