The Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association website is designed especially for the residents of Belmont Heights, our neighborhood in Belmont California, and for all others interested in learning more about BHCIA.
There are 756 residences included in the geographical area, and last year we had 72% paid members in the BHCIA. This is a voluntary Civic Improvement Association. We encourage active participation!
Our neighborhood is located in a lovely section of Belmont, in the hills overlooking San Francisco Bay, at the peak of Ralston Avenue.
