Belmont Heights Civic Improvement Association

PURPOSE

The BHCIA, a non-profit organization, has represented the interests of its resident members for 39 years. The paid membership represents 72% of the 756 residences that make up Belmont Heights, Belcrest Garden, and The Knolls & Woods neighborhoods.

The BHCIA is strictly a volunteer organization, and functions under the bylaws of the Corporation. All members are invited and encouraged to take an active part in the functions of this group.

The Board of Directors and any interested non-Board members meet on the third Thursday of January, March, May, July, September, and November. A general meeting is held in June of each year, and other special meetings are called when deemed necessary.

The BHCIA encourages all residents to attractively maintain their properties, to respect the rights of their neighbors, and to be aware of civic activities that may have an impact on our neighborhood.
